The mobile communication terminal includes a short-distance communication means that acquires content object and copyright acquisition trigger information from the content transmitting side by short-distance communication; a digital copyright management proxy means that executes a function of open mobile alliance digital copyright management regulation; a user recognition means that stores user certificate information to authenticate a certificate by a copyright issuer; and a mobile communication means that accesses the copyright issuer on the Internet instructed by the copyright acquisition trigger information through a mobile communication network to transmit a request for a copyright object to the copyright issuer, and acquires the copyright object transmitted by the copyright issuer after the passing of reading authentication of the user certificate information in the user recognition means by the copyright issuer.
