Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize occurrence of dry-up when a gas passage of blocking passage structure is used.SOLUTION: The structure of a gas passage comprises a gas supply communication passage communicating with a gas supply port, a gas exhaust communication passage communicating with a gas exhaust port, and a plurality of first and second passages arranged alternately in parallel with each other between the gas supply communication passage and the gas exhaust communication passage. The first passage has an upstream end connected with the gas supply communication passage and a blocked downstream end. The second passage has an upstream end connected with the gas supply communication passage and a downstream end connected with the gas exhaust communication passage.
