Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner producing technique for stably producing high-quality toner, a producing device, and toner, by evading the degradation of a nozzle surface by wiping, smoothing and ensuring the cleaning of a nozzle, and solving the problem that oozing of liquid from the nozzle and the coalescence of droplets with each other deteriorate a toner particle size distribution, in a toner producing technique using a toner producing device provided with a particle formation means for forming toner particles by solidifying the droplets formed by a droplet formation means for discharging a toner composition liquid containing a resin and a colorant from the nozzle and forming it into droplets.SOLUTION: The toner producing device includes a droplet formation means for discharging the toner composition liquid containing the resin and the colorant from the plurality of nozzles and forming it into droplets and a particle formation means for solidifying the droplets formed by the droplet formation means and forming the toner particles. The toner producing device has a cleaning liquid discharge means for discharging a liquid for cleaning the nozzle facing the nozzle of the droplet formation means.
