Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire that exhibits superior high speed durability, while keeping conducting performance and fuel consumption performance, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: The tread rubber 10 provided in a tread part 3 includes: a cap part 12 which is formed with the non-conductive rubber and composes a ground face; a base part 11 arranged inside the tire radial direction of a cap part 12; a current-carrying part 13 which is formed with the conductive rubber and ranges from the ground face to a bottom face of the tread rubber 10. The conductive part 13 has a first conductive part 13a which extends from the ground face to inside of the tire radial direction and reaches to the outer peripheral surface of the base part 11, and a second conductive part 13b which extends from the first conductive part 13a to one of the tire width direction and reaches the bottom face of the tread rubber 10. The base part 11 partially contains a reinforcement rubber part 11b in which the rubber hardness is increased more than that in the base body part 11a, and the reinforcement rubber part 11b is formed with the non-conductive rubber and contacts to a second conductive part 13b from inside the tire radial direction.
