Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic power generating system that can realize a power generating system by a simple configuration in less-expensive manner and satisfy, under utilization of hydraulic energy of countless small-scale rivers, demand and supply in electrical power the tightness of which is expected.SOLUTION: A hydraulic power generating system 1 comprises a water storage dam 3 for storing river water W; a pair of tank trucks 4a, 4b separately and independently running on a slant surface 2; water supply installations 5a, 5b for feeding river water W to each of the tank trucks 4a, 4b; water discharging installations 6a, 6b for discharging the river water W in each of the tank trucks 4a, 4b; a pulley 7 rotatably supported on the slant surface 2; a hanging rope 9 wound around the pulley 7 under a state in which it is connected to each of the tank truck 4a and the tank truck 4b; guiding means 11, 11 for guiding each of the tank trucks 4a, 4b to reciprocate; and a power generator 24 for generating power under motion of the hanging rope 9 moved along with the tank trucks 4a, 4b.
