Then, the obtained first program is mounted on the cell phone unit 200 (S12). Succeedingly, when the version of a program mounted on a TV tuner unit 300 as the attached communication terminal unit and the version of the obtained second program do not match, the obtained second program is sent to the TV tuner unit 300 (S13, S14, S15), and the obtained second program is mounted on the TV tuner unit 300 (S17).
