PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcasting system which prevents an important part of a broadcasting voice signal such as cabin announcement from being missed.SOLUTION: A broadcasting device incudes: a voice input section that receives a broadcasting voice signal as a broadcasting content; an operation section for receiving an operation for indicating a specific section of the broadcasting voice signal; a control signal combination section which generates a control signal as a voice signal for indicating the specific section in accordance with the operation of the operation section, and which combines the control signal with the broadcasting voice signal; and a sound emission section for emitting the broadcasting voice signal with the control signal combined therewith. A voice receiving device includes: a voice collecting section for collecting the broadcasting voice signal with the control signal combined therewith; a control signal detection section for detecting the control signal from the collected voice signal; a recording section for recording the broadcasting voice signal of the specific section which is indicated by the control signal; and a specific section reproduction section for reproducing the broadcasting voice signal of the specific section recorded by the recording section. A broadcasting system includes both the broadcasting device and the receiving device.
