Abstract:
A display method for a finder of an image pick-up device pertaining to the present invention involves the following: obtaining control information that includes at least one from between subject distance and focal distance, and on the basis of the relationship between such control information and a vignetting region of an optical finder, the vignetting region of the optical finder is calculated; the calculated vignetting region is put into a light-blocked state, regions other than the light-blocked state region are put into a non-light-blocked state, and from among picked-up images, regions corresponding to regions in a light-blocked state are superimposed and displayed in the optical finder by a display means.
