A fuel injection device 1 comprises a fuel tank 2 which stores fuel therein, a metal tank 3 which stores metal therein, a mixing part 4 which adds metal stored in the metal tank 3 to the fuel stored in the fuel tank 2, and a fuel injection valve 7 which is arranged so as to direct an injection hole to the inside of a cylinder in an engine 100 and which injects fuel inside a cylinder, and generates deposit having unevenness in the injection hole through the injection of fuel having metal added thereto. Cavitation is produced by the generated deposit. While the spray of fuel is atomized to be spread in the cylinder, the penetration can be lowered.
