Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycling method for ink-jet printing paper in which ink-jet printing paper printed at a high printing density is used as a material for obtaining recycled paper with high whiteness, and recycled paper fabricated by the recycling method.SOLUTION: The invention provides a recycling method for ink-jet printing paper comprising the steps of: (1) obtaining surface-treated paper by applying a surface treatment agent (A) including poly(N-acylalkyleneimine) modified silicone onto a surface of paper; (2) obtaining ink-jet printing paper by applying an ink (B) including anionic pigment particles onto the surface-treated paper by an ink-jet recording method; and (3) peeling the ink off from the ink-jet printing paper. The invention also provides recycled paper fabricated by the recycling method.
