Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently produce agglomerate or granule of high quality at low cost with high product yield by molding or granulating a granular raw material such as steel slag and dust containing moisture without generating equipment trouble and quality fault by moisture.SOLUTION: In the method for producing agglomerate or granule by mixing a binder generating hydration reaction in the granular raw material containing moisture, molding or granulating the raw material and then performing hydration hardening, the binder is added to and mixed in the granular raw material and pretreatment for aging is performed to form a modified material suitable for molding and granulation and the modified granular material is molded or granulated.
