Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer substrate stuck to the human skin to detect data.SOLUTION: The biocompatible polymer substrate 100 includes a plate-like polymer layer (a first layer) 10, a plate-like polymer layer (a second layer) 11, electrodes 12, 13, 14, and a data acquisition module (a detecting unit) 15. The polymer layer 10 has the electrodes 12, 13, 14 on one surface. The polymer layer 10 is made of PDMS (polydimethylsiloxane) obtained by polymerizing DSDT (dimethyl siloxane, dimethylvinyl-terminated) and TTC (tetramethyl tetravinyl cyclotetrasiloxane) at a ratio of 100:2-73:1 in a temperature environment ranging from about 60°C to about 80°C. The PDMS has biocompatibility.
