Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment mechanism of wastewater which reduces residual chlorine without having a conventional large-scaled apparatus.SOLUTION: The mechanism treats a dirt component in the wastewater by effective chlorine, wherein the mechanism has a chlorine-gas separation tank 8 which makes residual effective chlorine after the wastewater is treated, vaporize as a chlorine gas, and also controls such that the wastewater is acidic in the tank. The wastewater is controlled to be acidic in the chlorine-gas separation tank 8, so that the residual chlorine contained is made to vaporize as the chlorine gas, and therefore the residual chlorine is reduced without using a conventional thermodecomposition tank or a cooler.
