Abstract:
To manufacture briquettes with increased strength, even when using minimal quantities of binder and water.
The briquette manufacturing method includes a process where an iron oxide raw material and/or a carbonaceous substance are crushed; a process where primary particulates are formed using the iron oxide raw material and the carbonaceous substance; and a process where multiple primary particulates are pressurized to be molded into secondary particulates.
