In a digital content sales device, an operation/display part selects digital content according to operation from the user, a reader/writer part reads model information of a mobile terminal device, a correspondence model decision part decides whether the model identified by the model information read by the reader/writer part is a model capable of using the digital content selected by the operation/display part, and a download ticket issuing part presents acquisition destination information including information related to an acquisition destination of the digital content to the user when it is decided that the model can use the digital content.
