Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control consumption of a storage area when monitoring a communication network.SOLUTION: A mobile phone comprises a browser part 210 for requesting monitoring of a state change of a communication network. The mobile phone also comprises a call control unit 206 for securing a memory for monitoring 204b having capacity less than a memory for application notification 204a preset by an interface for notifying the browser part 210 of data in response to the monitoring request. The call control unit 206, if a state change of the communication network is detected, stores data indicating the state change in the memory for monitoring 204b and also secures the memory for application notification 204a. In addition, the mobile phone comprises a context accessor 208 for storing data stored in the memory for monitoring 204b to the memory for application notification 204a. The browser part 210 performs processing depending on the state change of the communication network based on the data stored in the memory for application notification 204a.
