Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system capable of easily realizing a technique for requesting issuance of documents and the like through a network.SOLUTION: A user terminal device 101 includes a user specification information transmission part 1013 for transmitting user specification information acquired by a user specification information acquisition part 1011. An authentication server device 102 includes: an authentication processing part 1023 for performing an authentication process using user specification information received by a user specification information reception part 1022 and user specification information included in personal information for authentication; and a personal information transmission part 1024 for acquiring personal information corresponding to the user specification information authenticated by the authentication processing part 1023 from the personal information for authentication, and transmitting the acquired personal information to a document processing server device 103. The document processing server device 103 includes a document issuance processing part 1034 for performing an issuance process of a document corresponding to the personal information that is transmitted from the authentication server device 102 and received by a personal information reception part 1032.
