Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the confliction between transmission timings of an initial transmission packet and a retransmission packet even when an allocation pattern of a resource block allocated at a predetermined time interval in a fixed manner is continuous in a time direction.SOLUTION: A wireless base station has: a wireless packet type determination part determining whether a wireless packet to be transmitted to a wireless communication terminal is an initial transmission packet allocated at least at a predetermined time interval in a fixed manner or a retransmission packet; an initial transmission interval controller controlling a transmission interval of the respective initial transmission packets so that the initial transmission packets and the retransmission packets having a different wireless packet number from the initial transmission packets are dispersed; a retransmission transmission interval controller controlling the transmission interval of the respective retransmission packets; and a wireless resource allocation part allocating wireless resources based on the transmission interval of the respective initial transmission packets and the transmission interval of the respective retransmission packets. A transmission allocation interval of the initial transmission packet is set to be different depending on whether or not sub frame bundling is applied.
