Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-axis force sensor panel capable of detecting a pressed position on a panel and capable of detecting a direction in which the panel itself is twisted against a base plate.SOLUTION: The three-axis force sensor panel includes: the base plate 30; a switch panel 40 arranged opposite to the base plate 30; three or more coupling bodies 100 for coupling the base plate 30 to the switch panel 40; and force sensors 200 attached to at least three coupling bodies 100 and configured to detect stress based on force applied to a Z direction orthogonal to a panel surface and to detect stress applied when the panel is twisted around the Z direction. Respective force sensors 200 are configured to change respective outputs in accordance with a pressed position on the surface of the switch panel 40, the pressed position on the panel surface can be detected from the combination of respective outputs, and a twisting direction of the panel against the base surface can be detected from respective force sensors 200.
