Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface material separator which can collect high-purity resin foam when only a resin foam part is collected from a resin foam with a flexible surface material, a surface material separation system, and a surface material separation method.SOLUTION: The surface material separator 2 which separates the resin foam A with the flexible surface material into the flexible surface material B and the resin foam C has a first rotary shaft 13 and a second rotary shaft 17 which are arranged nearly in parallel, a first pressing part P1 having a plurality of first pressing surfaces Q1 which are installed circumferentially in the first rotary shaft 13 and apply pressure to the resin foam with the flexible surface material supplied between the first rotary shaft 13 and the second rotary shaft 17 with the rotation of the first rotary shaft 13, and a second pressing part P2 having a plurality of second pressing surfaces Q2 which are installed circumferentially in the second rotary shaft 17 and apply pressure to the resin foam A with the flexible surface material supplied between the first rotary shaft 13 and the second rotary shaft 17 with the rotation of the second rotary shaft 17.
