To solve the problem, wherein when even data that are clearly unrelated to confidential information cannot be stored in a client apparatus, operation efficiency may be reduced, as in the case where a user is unable to use the client apparatus in an off-line state.
An information processing apparatus connected to a server apparatus so as to be used includes: a communication means for communicating with another apparatus; an access destination determination means for determining whether an access destination of the communication means is a previously determined access destination; and a classification means for classifying whether data storage in a nonvolatile storage means in the apparatus is permitted, by using a determination result of the access destination determination means.
