Abstract:

To provide a silane compound; and to provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive including a novel silane compound capable of forming an optical pressure-sensitive adhesive film which is an optical adhesive film to be bonded to a glass member for liquid crystal cells and is excellent in exfoliation stability to an exfoliative film, in removability from the glass member for liquid crystal cells, in adherend staining properties, and in endurance after sticking.

In a method for producing a resin composition for an adhesive, a silane compound represented by formula (1), an active hydrogen group-containing α, β-unsaturated monomer (B), an α, β-unsaturated monomer (C), and a compound (2) represented by formula (2) are reacted, thus producing a mixture of a polymer (D) of the monomer (B) and the monomer (C), a silane compound (E) being a reaction product of the monomer (B) and the compound (2), and a silane compound (F) being a reaction product of the monomer (C) and the compound (2).
