Abstract:
An injector (26) for an injection system (20) is provided, including a first opening (62), a second opening (60), an open position and a closed position. The first opening (62) is for spraying the fluid (34) out of the injector (26), and the second opening (60) is for allowing the fluid (34) to exit the injector (26). When the injector (26) is in the open position, the injector (26) sprays the fluid (34) from the first opening (62) and the flow of the fluid (34) to the second opening (60) is substantially blocked. When the injector (26) is in the closed position the injector (26) allows the fluid (34) to exit the injector (26) from the second opening (60). The injector (26) substantially blocks the spray of the fluid (34) from the first opening (62) when the injector (26) is in the closed position.
