Abstract:
A cathode material contains a main component being a complex oxide having a perovskite structure expressed by a general formula ABO3. The perovskite structure includes at least one of La and Sr at the A site. A occupied surface area ratio of a plurality of comparable crystal orientation domains is at least 10%. The plurality of comparable crystal orientation domains is defined by boundaries exhibiting a crystal orientation difference of at least 5 degrees in a crystal orientation analysis of a cross section by a method of electron backscatter diffraction.
