PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature characteristic measuring apparatus capable of achieving stable temperature characteristic measurement.SOLUTION: The temperature characteristic measuring apparatus includes: a conveyance device; a heat transmission plate 632 arranged on a separated position along a conveyance route of an electronic component 30; an abutting device 500 for allowing the electronic component 30 in conveyance and the heat transmission plate 632 to relatively approach each other and maintaining a directly abutted state of the electronic component 30 on the heat transmission plate 632; and a probe unit 750 for abutting a probe 752 on a contact of the electronic component 30 during contact between the electronic component 30 and the heat transmission plate 632 and measuring output characteristics of the electronic component 30.
