To provide a technology for efficiently charging apparatuses from the apparatus to be charged with high priority in charging in the case where a plurality of the apparatuses to be charged are charged without contact.
A charger is provided with a plurality of charging means for charging the apparatuses to be charged, which are placed in a corresponding charging region, without contact, a setting means setting priority when a plurality of the apparatuses to be charged are charged for a plurality of the apparatuses to be charged, which are placed in the charging region, and a control means controlling supply of current to a plurality of the charging means. The control means decides a distribution of current supplied to a plurality of the charging means within a previously decided range of a total current value based on priority which is set by the setting means.
