Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable each store joining a point card service to acquire information necessary for customer management with a small facility investment.SOLUTION: According to a center server 1 according to the invention, when a communication apparatus 100 receives a point card number, a device number and purchase information of purchased merchandise from a point card reader 4 of an affiliated store terminal 2, a CPU 101 retrieves affiliated store management information in which the received device number coincides with a store code from an affiliated store management information database 123, determines whether customer management information in which the received point card number coincides with a customer code is present in a storage position shown by a customer management information pointer of the retrieved affiliated store management information, and newly registers a customer management information pointer showing a storage position of customer management information having a customer code coincident with the received point card number in the retrieved affiliated store management information when determining that the customer management information is not present.
