Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bent axis type hydraulic rotating machine including a sliding part which achieves a more stable sliding state in the bent axis type hydraulic rotating machine having the sliding part of members comprising spheroidal graphite cast iron and a steel material, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A hydraulic rotating machine 1 includes a casing 2, a valve plate 3, a rotary shaft 4, a cylinder block 5, a piston 6, a connecting rod 7, a drive disk 8, a center shaft 9, a tilt mechanism 10, a regulator 11, etc. In terms of the sliding part of a head casing 13 constituting the casing 2 and the valve plate 3, the valve plate 3 side includes a sliding surface 3B obtained by processing and removing a nitrogen compound layer formed by performing nitriding-based surface treatment on a steel material 30 and then forming a film 31 of nonferrous soft metal, and the head casing 13 side includes a sliding surface 13A obtained by forming the nitrogen compound layer 42 by performing the nitriding-based surface treatment on a spheroidal graphite cast iron material 40. A part of the film 31 of nonferrous soft metal is penetrated into surface defects 41a and 41b existing on the surface of the sliding surface 13A, and adhering and filling are performed.
