Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery module which is arranged to be able to send and receive proper signals by reducing the influence of electric noise on lead wires connected to a circuit board even though the lead wires are enclosed therein.SOLUTION: The battery module comprises: a plurality of unit cells; a cell holder arranged to be able to hold the unit cells arrayed in position; and a circuit board. The cell holder includes: an under frame for supporting the unit cells; and an upper frame for fixing the unit cells supported by the under frame. The upper frame includes: a frame-like part shaped to be able to surround connection terminals as positive and negative electrodes of the unit cells, and arranged to be able to couple to the under frame; and a cell-restriction part shaped in a beam form extending in a direction along which the unit cells are arrayed within a region surrounded by the frame-like part, which can be made to abut against upper portions of the unit cells. The cell-restriction part has a hollow portion or upward opening groove formed therein to extend in its longitudinal direction, and arranged so that lead wires electrically connected to the circuit board can be put in the hollow portion or groove.
