Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjustment system of greenhouse gas emission right trading cost capable of adjusting an overpayment of a cost for trading and purchasing a greenhouse gas emission right, even when a consumable is used up at the number less than the guaranteed number of prints, to provide an image forming apparatus using the same, and a method for adjusting greenhouse gas emission right trading cost.SOLUTION: The adjustment system of the greenhouse gas emission right trading cost for a consumable used for an image forming apparatus 1 includes: residual number-of-printable-sheets estimating means that estimates the residual number of printable sheets by the consumable in use; residual number-of-printable-sheets determining means for determining whether or not the estimated residual number of printable sheets is less than the residual number of printable sheets guaranteed by the maker; overpayment information notifying means, when the residual number of printable sheets is less than that, notifies a user of overpayment information for adjusting and returning the amount by the number less than the guaranteed number; overpayment information display means for displaying the overpayment information on a display section 101; and overpayment expense adjustment notification means for notifying a purchaser to perform the adjustment.
