PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a smooth operation for a long period, by reducing a friction resistance with a piston accompanying oscillation of a lever member in a driving mechanism of a control valve.SOLUTION: A leveling valve V includes a housing 30, a spool 32 held in this housing 30, and the piston 31 linked with the spool 32. By moving of the spool 32, an air supply position which communicates between an air supply port 30b and an air supply-exhaust port 30a, an air exhaust position which communicates between the air supply-exhaust port 30a and the air exhaust port 30c, and a neutral position which does not perform the air supply-exhaust in the middle of these both positions can be switched. A concave part 31a is formed at the upper end face of the piston 31. A lever member 40 which rotates in a moving direction of the piston 31 in response to load of equipment and a surface plate 1 and whose base end part is supported free-rotatably by the housing 30, and an actuating pin 44 which is supported free-rotatably around the rotation axis parallel with the rotation axis of the lever member 40 at a position of the base end side part of the lever member 40 and whose end part is housed and supported at the concave part 31a are installed.
