Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cement clinker which can effectively utilize arsenic-containing waste, and can sufficiently reduce the elution amount of arsenic when used as the raw material for mortar, concrete or a ground improving material.SOLUTION: The cement composition comprises cement clinker having a hydraulic modulus (HM) of 1.80 to 2.80 and gypsum, and in which the content of arsenic is 30 to 400 mg/kg.
