Abstract:

To provide an organic n-type semiconductor material having improved solubility in an organic solvent and great linking ability to a p-type semiconductor.

A C60 fullerene derivative represented by formula (I) includes a condensed ring, wherein R1is a perfluoroalkyl group, a perfluoroalkoxy group or perfluoropolyether group; and R2is a specific pyrrolidine ring having an alkyl-containing phenyl group at the second position. The C60 fullerene derivative is used for a charge transfer material, an n-type semiconductor material and an n-type semiconductor thin film and the like.
