Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of reducing brightness unevenness within the same screen occurred corresponding to an inserted position of an ND filter.SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus detects a filter end position during an inserting operation or a retracting operation of the filter to reduce light intensity of a light flux which can be inserted into and retracted from an optical path of a light flux incident on an imaging device, and corrects shading of a signal outputted from the imaging device based on correction data corresponding to the detected filter end position.
