Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator that prevents a motor from becoming inoperative due to abrasion powder of a transmission mechanism.SOLUTION: An actuator 1 includes: a casing unit 2 that has a first case 6 and a second case 7; an electric motor 3 that is supported by the first case 6; and a transmission mechanism 4 that has an output shaft 47 supported by the second case 7. Torque of the electric motor 3 is transmitted to the output shaft 47 through the transmission mechanism 4. A control board 5 that exercises drive control of the electric motor 3 is fixed to the first case 6. A motor housing of the electric motor 3 is provided integrally with a connector 35 that supplies power to the electric motor 3. The control board 5 and the connector 35 are connected by a terminal unit 121. The connector 35 is connected to the electric motor 3 through the control board 5.
