Abstract:
When a part consisting of an aggregate of members is manufactured, integrated manufacturing of the part becomes possible by combining arbitrary companies from among a group of companies who manufacture the members, and the manufacturing history thereof can be easily traced. Each of a group of companies (A1...An) which manufacture members registers the unified name, material, manufacturing process, inspection method, and the like with respect to respective member products in a database (21) of a server of a center (10). When a part is ordered by an ordering company (30), the center (10) decomposes the part into members which compose the part on the basis of the design drawing, specifications, and the like thereof, creates a member table using unified names, searches with use of the database (21) for companies who manufacture the corresponding members on the basis of the member table and registers the companies in the member table, and outputs the member table to a manufacturing history data file (22).
