Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide efficient creation, update and management of an index for retrieval targeting a large scale file group.SOLUTION: A file retrieval system for defining a large scale file system as a retrieval object comprises a first processing function part for creating a list of file paths to be a creation object of a division index to be allocated to each retrieval server, a second processing function part for creating a division index on the basis of the list, a third processing function part for arranging the created division index in a retrieval server, and a fourth processing function part for achieving processing operation among the first to third processing function parts by pipeline processing.
