PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To receive information by push type distribution and to reduce power consumption.SOLUTION: A portable terminal 1 establishes a two-way communication connection with a server device 2, when a current position belongs to a predetermined area. While two-way communication connection is established, the portable terminal 1 receives information by push type distribution from the server device 2. After establishing the two-way communication connection, the portable terminal 1 cuts the two-way communication connection when the current position is no longer in the predetermined area.
