Abstract:
The invention relates to a rolling shaft insert panel spring installing device and a rolling shaft insert panel spring installing method. The rolling shaft insert panel spring installing device (10) comprises a preset rack (11) and a pushing device (30). The preset rack (11) is provided with a preset hole (12), which is provided with a rolling shaft (43) which is disposed in a clutch body (41) of a preset clutch (40), and a rolling shaft insert panel spring (45). The pushing device (30) pushes both the rolling shaft (43) and the rolling shaft insert panel spring (45), which are preset in the preset hole (12) at the same time towards a recessed part (42) of the clutch body (41). The rolling shaft insert panel spring will not be assembled to the clutch body in a deforming manner.
