Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an exposure amount from increasing when the aperture is opened for focusing.SOLUTION: Even when an aperture 64 is opened by occurrence of a focusing-assist request, an exposure amount is prevented from increasing due to the opening because of density adjustment of a variable ND filter 64c, which causes no ill effect on a photographer performing the focusing operation while looking at the image of a view finder 36.
