PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent breakage of an inner wall of a laminated film for a sheath of a battery.SOLUTION: Inside of a laminated film 2, a protective sheet 8 is attached on an area which covers an edge 12 of a positive electrode collector 4, a burr-like part 11 of an ultrasonic welding part 9 welding the positive electrode collector 4 and a positive electrode tab 6 by ultrasonic welding, and a burr 10 on the edge of the positive electrode tab 6 on a side connected with the positive electrode collector 4.
