Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which is helpful for preliminary check in a pre-stage of storing document data in a database in the organization.SOLUTION: The document management device includes: dictionary storage means for NG determination for storing an NG word; object document reception means for receiving document data to be inspected from a predetermined terminal; morphemic analysis means for extracting a word by performing morphemic analysis to the document of the received document data; and NG determination means. The NG determination means determines whether or not the word extracted by the morphemic analysis means is the NG word by referring to the dictionary storage means for NG determination, and when determining that the NG word exists, determines whether or not the document of the document data is a correction candidate by using the NG word as a start point.
