Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate a molding speed when a film is molded using a resin material low in a strain degree of cure.SOLUTION: A film manufacturing method includes a first step of discharging a molten PP-B resin material and a molten PP-A resin material from a T-die so that the PP-A resin material having a strain degree of cure higher than that of the PP-B resin material is laminated on both end parts in a width direction of the PP-B resin material crossing a resin discharge direction of the T-die, a second step of cooling and solidifying the PP-B resin material and the PP-A resin material discharged from the T-die to form a film, and a third step of removing the part of the PP-A resin material laminated on the PP-B resin material from both end parts in a width direction of the molded film.
