Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve high image quality imaging with small power consumption without discomfort as a whole in a high pixel image sensor.SOLUTION: Clamp correction processing includes: processing (S31) in which an average value of line pixels in a left horizontal OPB region 51L is calculated and held in the same scanning line; processing (S32) in which the average value is called and subtracted from a self-value and clamp correction is carried out so that its value becomes zero or nearly zero, and applied to the lower limit of a black level on the corresponding line in the left effective pixel region 41L at next each line scanning time; processing (S41) in which an average value of the line pixels in a right horizontal OPB region 51R is calculated and held; and processing (S42) in which the average value held is called and subtracted from the self-value, and clamp correction is carried out so that its value becomes zero or nearly zero, and applied to the lower limit of a black level on the corresponding scan line in the left effective pixel region 41R at next each scanning time.
