Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive crystal resonator which can suppress spurious vibration, is superior in an electric characteristic and is for high stability while the resonator corresponds to miniaturization.SOLUTION: A plano-convex polishing processing section having two or more curvatures different in curvature radii is formed in one face of the thickness-shear crystal diaphragm 2 formed in a nearly disk shape. A plano-convex polishing processing section having the largest curvature radius is installed in a center of the crystal diaphragm, and a plano-convex polishing processing section with the smallest curvature radius at an end of the crystal diaphragm. The curvature radii of the respective plano-convex polishing processing sections are formed to be sequentially smaller from the center of the crystal diaphragm to the end of the crystal diaphragm, and surface roughness of the respective plano-convex polishing processing sections are formed to be sequentially rougher.
