Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an amine component from being scattered in the atmosphere.SOLUTION: An amine recovery apparatus includes: a carbon dioxide recovery part for recovering carbon dioxide from a combustion exhaust gas using an absorbing solution containing piperazine; a washing part 10 for recovering the piperazine by bringing circulated first wash water into contact with the combustion exhaust gas after recovering the carbon dioxide and joining a part of the first wash water into the absorbing solution supplied to the carbon dioxide recovery part when the piperazine concentration of the first wash water is higher than the a predetermined value; a washing part 20 for recovering the piperazine by bringing circulated second wash water into contact with the combustion exhaust gas passing the washing part 10 and supplying a part of the second wash water to the washing part 10 when the piperazine concentration of the second wash water is higher than a second predetermined value; and a wash part 30 for contacting an acidic solution and the combustion exhaust gas passing the wash part 20.
