Abstract:
A display device is provided with: display parts (41, 42, 53) each having a shape representing desired display contents; a light source unit (30) for emitting illumination beams; and a front cover (20) disposed on the viewer side from the display parts, and is configured such that illumination beams (A1, B1, C1) emitted from the light source unit are reflected by the front cover (20), travel to the display parts (41, 42, 53), thereafter are further reflected by the display parts (41, 42, 53) and transmitted through the front cover (20), and travel to the viewer. Consequently, the optical path lengths from the light source unit (20) to the display parts (41, 42, 53) can be made uniform, thereby making it possible to suppress illumination unevenness.
