The device (50) has a connection unit (60) connected to an input shaft (62) of a reducer/inverter assembly (20), where the device is in shape of a closed module (64) that is inserted between a flange (66) of an engine cover (68) of a heat engine (18) and another flange (70) of the reducer/inverter assembly without total or partial disassembly of components of the device. A rotor (78) is securely connected to a splined hub (61) of the connection unit.
