Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the work of a user that occurs when registering common document data in association with individual document data, and to ensure efficient work of identifying the data of individual document.SOLUTION: A plurality of pieces of image data generated when a document is read by a reading device is acquired, and a separator image is identified from the image data. The image data before the separator image is identified as common document data, and the image data after the separator image is identified as individual document data. The common document data and the individual document data are registered in a database in association with each other. The common document data and the individual document data are associated with each other by using an association table. Alternatively, one file is created from the common document data and the individual document data, and the file is registered.
