PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute a pseudo game capable of giving a player an impression of, viewed from the player, playing a normal game, during a freeze period.SOLUTION: During the normal game where a function of an operation switch is validated for acquiring a game result, when a stop switch 42 is operated, a slot machine stops reels 31 on the basis of a lottery result of a winning combination and displays a game result in the game by a combination of symbols when stopping the reels 31. When a prescribed condition is satisfied, at a partial period during the normal game, the slot machine sets a freeze period when the function of the operation switch is not validated for acquiring the game result, and executes, during the freeze period, a pseudo game that causes the player to operate an operation switch other than the stop switch 42. During the pseudo game, reel control means 64 temporarily stops the reels 31 that can display a specific symbol combination and execute a subsequent re-variation on the basis of an operation of the operation switch.
